Junk Foods

                                     Junk Food

Junk food's killing adults , children , senior  citizens and toddlers by causing diabetes psychological illnesses, heart diseases, headaches kidney to die , junk food kills children everyday. honestly children love candy and stuff, lie me but we have to think about the consequences maybe once a month we should eat candy and other sweet stuff like that. junk food is going global for better and for worse mostly worse , junk food is now available all over the world. we see it mostly everywhere we go in the grocery and convenience stores fast food restaurants on television usually looking very appealing "junk food" generally refers to foods that contribute lots of calories but little nutritional value. one problem with junk foods is that they're low in satiation value that people don't tend to feel as full when they eat them which can lead to overeating. anther problem is that junk food tends to replace other more nutritious foods. when people drink lots of soda, for example they usually not getting plenty of low fat dairy other healthy beverages like green tea or orange juice. when they're snacking on chips and cookies, they're usually not looking up on fruits and vegetables. Junk Food creates unbelievable facts that hurt people and kids and family members, for me I'm going to try to avoid junk food and eat lots and lots of vegetables and proteins that do not kill me ! do better as to take care of yourself and others.
